To mark the occasion, we will be introducing an exciting addition to our team at Aria. Help us welcome our new restaurant manager, Federica! Federica hails from near Venice and  managed the famed culinary establishment, “Gattopardo” (Michelin Star rated) in Padova as well as other renown restaurants and hotel restaurants throughout Italy. With over 12 years of experience, exceptional wine knowledge and a passion for service, Federica has also managed popular restaurants overseas in such prominent cities as Hong Kong. We look forward to having her here in Vientiane, starting March 8th, and will be honored to have an esteemed woman like Federica at the helm of our Women’s Day celebration.
